Our favourite Aquilegia. This magestic plant carries very large extra long spurred
gorgeous yellow flowers. It has an extended flowering period. Longer than all other
Aquilegias. Seeds freely.

BIDENS HETEROPHYLA
Another exciting modern introduction from the Americas. Strong upright stems
carry attractive serrated foliage topped, from mid summer until as late as November
with an abundance of primrose yellow flowers. Best in full sun and given space to

KNIPHOFIA 'ICE QUEEN'
This strong growing poker forms a clump of deep green, exotic foilage which is
evergreen. The huge flowers are bourne in Late Summer and Autumn. They fade
from a greeny yellow to white. One of our favourite plants.
Requires full sun and good drainage. Height 4ft.

LIGULARIA 'DESDEMONA'
This species is especially handsome due to its large rounded purplish leaves which
forms an attractive clump. Has large yellow - orange daisy like flowers.
Flowers are carried on erect branching stems all summer.
